Two days ago Creative Labs tech support sent me a package. Inside, instead of the Zen V that I had returned to them for warrenty repair was a Zen V Plus. The plus has some extra features most notable of which is an integrated FM radio. Very nice of them to upgrade me.

Now that I have my Zen back I am continueing to listen to "A long way gone" by Ishmael Beah. Ishmael has just been accepted as an ambassador to a UN conference on conflict and child soldiers and has traveled to New York City. He has seen an elevator for the first time, and snow.
